removing spaces in a box

i am copying a product description from my website onto a spreadsheet and have removed html but i am left with a lot of spaces were the html used to be. and i need to remove the space so only the wording is there can anyone help please??

You can try the Trim function. Assuming that the cell you want to remove the spaces from is in A1, in B1 enter =Trim(A1)

The Trim function will remove all spaces from a text string except for single spaces between words.
