Formula result not showing up

I have a simple Average If formula that is calculating correctly if I look at the formula result, but the cell is not displaying the correct result. Ive tried copying and pasting the workbook to a new workbook in case there was a corruption somewhere, but that didnt work.

If the cell is not displaying the correct result, it could be that the cell is not formatted correctly. What result do you want to see in the cell?

The result should be in the currency format. It is coming up as $0.00 in the cell, but when I look at the formula result, it has the correct answer of 9.82. Ive tried formatting over and over, using different formats just to see if it worked, and nothing seems to be working. Ive re-written the formula in different cells, tried copying and pasting, etc...no luck. Other formulas in the sheet work fine.
