possible to move an entire row of cells using result of a drop list?

I want to move an entire row of cells to another row depending on the selection from a verified drop down list.

Is this possible?

My Data - two tables exactly alike except the second does not contain the list column:

(Columns - list is a drop down list with one selection - 'ratify')

list Community Lot Date Agent Buyer Spec/Pre Plan Closing Lender


What I need to happen is in the first table, when the 'ratify' has been selected from the drop downlist I need the rest of that row to be CUT and pasted in the first available row of the second table.
