Conditional formatting-how to highlight a cell

Hi

I have a plannig of my sales reps and i need to display any coincidence between them. there are six columns and 30 or 31 row, it depence of the month. The question is: how to highlight a cell when it is equal than other five days after or before of each rep? if i try to make a multiple selection of cells i receive an error message
