    Picking more than one name

I have created a Research Worksheet. Part of the process is to assign and individual to a specific task. On occasion, the task will require more than one person to accomplish it.

I would like to be able to select more than one team member in a validated cell instead of just one.

My knowledge of Excel is mainly by exploration and paying attention. I have no program writting skills. Is what I am asking possible in an Excel worksheet?

I have never seen a workaround to your problem (not to say it isn't possible). With that said, I would recommend you simply add a second column with the same validation list. If a 2nd individual is not needed, simply leave it blank.

You could then, in a 3rd column concatenate the names if you want. e.g.

    =E5&", "&F5

assuming your validation cells are E5 and F5

Format as word wrap if desired.
