Cascading List Boxes

I have a cell, which has a drop down menu of three choices

Then the cell next to it has a drop down menu of 12 choices.

Is there any way i can get this to happen

If someone chooses group one in the first cell
In the second cell it displays choices 1-4
If they choose group two in the first cell
In the second cell it displays choices 5-8
if they choose group three in the first cell
it dsplays choice 9-12 in the second cell

any ideas how to do this?

Can someone please help me with this?
