Variable number of rows to create graph

    Hi,

I am trying to create a graph from a set of data that is two columns - County and Quantity

    e.g

    UK 50
    US 100

I have created a line graph with this data. The catch is that depending on the parameters the number of countries differs. For example in month 1 there may be 20 countries, but in month 2 there may be 30 countries.

If I assume a range of the maximum number of countries, I get a lot of blank lines in the graph. What I would like is for the graph just to pick up the countries for which there is data and not the blank rows.

Is there a formula or macro that can solve this one?

    Thanks.

You can create a dynamic chart which will expand as new data is entered. Have a look at the following link...

    Hope this helps!
