Finding the greatest 2 out of 3 cells?

Hello all, Im looking for help with finding a formulae.

What i am trying to do, is find out the highest no. 2 out of 3 cells, then divide them by 2 for an average.

    For example,

    23 25 19

I want the formulae to recognise that 23 and 25 are the two highest, and divide the sum of 23 and 25 by 2.

I have tried creating an IF function but i can only make it work for the highest cell.

    Thanks,

    Crawley

    Try...

    =AVERAGE(LARGE(A1:C1,{1,2}))

    Hope this helps!
