I have a printing error in my Excel presentation package. It is 33 pages long and when i try to print the entire workbook it keeps pausing after 3-4 pages asking if it's ok to print. What am i suppose to do. I keep having to click a dozen times to continue printing. It is especially annoying when i have to PDF the file.
More often than not, printing issues are a result of the printer, printer driver or a combination. Generally, Excel simply 'dumps' the print data to the printer.
First thing I'd do is try to print to a different printer (if that is an option). I would also verify I had the latest driver from the printer manufacturer. Finally, I would verify the RAM of the printer. 33 pages may be just too much for it to handle at once.
