Hyperlink problem !

Suppose I have two different excel sheets having some values in some cells. I am not able to link the cell value to another worksheet's cell value.

Example:- I have two sheets ( x & y ) In x sheet I am having value 1000 in any particular cell and I want that if I click on 1000 then any particular cell having any value or 1000 should open in sheet y. basically I should able to link cell to cell in different excel sheets.
