    Excel Printing Problem

I have someone who is using Excel 2002. They have a sheet that's 6 columns x
58 rows. They have the data where it will print on a single sheet of 8.5 x 11
    paper.

When they go to File/Print the number of copies displays at 44. He said he
has another sheet that displays 33 copies.

I've opened the same sheet on my computer that connected to a different
printer and it also display 44 copies.

Anyone has any idea why this is not defaulting to 1 copy?

    Thanks for the help,

    Paul Scott

You might want to try setting the print area.

It was probably saved with those numbers entered.

I have had that happen when I am trying to multi task and have the Windows print
window pop up when I am entering numbers elsewhere.

pjscott, this could be caused by the different print driver in the printers

    RE: Excel Printing Problem

I found the problem. You have to Open the file. Click File / Print. Click on
Properties then Advanced. Under Paper/Output you'll see Copy Count.

Someone changed and saved the Copy Count to 44.

    Again thanks for the help,
