Help save my education!

Hey i have a system going whereby I input data onto a userform and it saves it onto a sheet.

However the problem is when opening this userform for the 3rd time the textboxes are already filled in even when I check that the controlsource of those textboxes are empty cells!

I've found that what is affecting this is that when I save the userform, a macro runs that reorders the sheets contents by date of entry, the problem is that the controlsource follows the row that is being reordered that was on row 3 (the controlsource) How can I stop this or work around this so that the controlsource always links to the new row 3 and not the original row 3 before reordering?
