    Including rows with no data in a pivot chart

    Hello

    I'm having trouble displaying correct data in a pivot chart and would appreciate some help..

    I have data columns similar to the below

    Week Dealer Y/N Dealer Type Name Total
    40 Y WB name 1 600
    40 N name 2 500
    40 Y SW name 3 300
    41 N name 4 400
    41 Y WB name 1 400
    42 Y SW name 3 600

    I want to filter by Week so in the pivot I have have 'week' as a filter and the other columns as rows in the same order as above.

    I want a chart showing dealer sales for a specific week but I want to include all the dealers in the chart even if there were no sales that week.

    I thought this would work if I proceed as follows:
    Filter by Week = 45 (with Field settings 'Show items with no data')
    Filter by Dealer Y/N = Y (with Field settings 'Show items with no data')
    Name - leave as is (Only dealers are included because of previous actions)
    Total - leave as is

    My problem is that only dealers with an amount in Total are appearing ...
    I tried setting Name field settings to 'Show items with no data' ...but this then pulls in ALL names including non-dealers which I dont want.

    Any ideas where I am going wrong?
