How do I preserve the numerical percentage format whe I do mailme.

    How do I preserve the numerical percentage format whe I do mailme.

    I would like to know how do I preserve the format of fields in excel when I
    do mailmerge, and a word document is the main document, excel is the database.

    I want to keep the 1,000,000 and % formats.

    You need to learn how to do this in Word - you have to tweak the Filed I
    believe

    He's right; look in Word help for numeric picture field switch.
