    MY SPREADSHEET IS NOT FILTERING CORRECTLY

    I am trying so filter a selected persons data, to get a correct cost for this
    person but at the bottom of the page it is also bringing up different people
    which I do not want can anyone help

    Could you give a little more information please? Are you using some formulas to determine the answer, or are you using the Sort Function? I may not be able to help, but I think that's insufficient information for anyone here to help

    It sounds to me like your autofilter range isn't set right.

    Next time you see this behavior, look at the row numbers. The rows that are in
    the visible filtered range will have blue row numbers.

    If the row numbers that you see (that don't belong) are not blue, just remove
    the filter and select your complete range and reapply data|filter|autofilter.
