EXCEL Won't Print More Than One Copy

    Hi,

I am printing to an HP 2710 Wireless printer using a Wirelss G router. When
I try to print more than one copy of a worksheet in EXCEL, the screen goes
blank after the first copy is printed and I get an error message that the
printer is not responding. I need to hit "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" to get out of the
program. I use Windows XP (SP 2). What should I do to fix this problem?

I think I would try to remove some of the complexity.

Can you connect the printer to the pc and try printing. If that works ok, then
you know the problem is in the wireless network.

If it's still broken, I'd try another printer (or get a fresher/newer printer
driver) and see if that helped.

If that helped, then you could set up your wireless network and give it a shot.

If you can't try all this, I would try the newer printer driver at minimum.

Set a Specific Area to Print.
Set the Number of Pages to Be Printed with wireless printer.
    Scale to Match Paper Size.
Copy Your Work Into a New Excel File.
    Check for Unnoticed Text.
Check for Pages Breaks Among Hidden Columns or Rows.
    Print Zero Value Cells.
Find Out How Errors Are Treated.
