How do I set up an index page that opens other wkshts?

    Hi there!

I need to set up an index page that will open other pages when a button is
selected. How do I create this??

    One way:
Open the index sheet, record a macro when you select another sheet or open
    another workbook,
Put a command button from the forms toolbar on your index sheet
(view>toolbars>form), drag a command button to where you want it, when you
release the mouse up pops a window where you can select your recorded macro

Sounds like you're setting up a Table of Contents? Think Jim Cone has an
add-in (XLExtras), available upon direct request, which provides excellent
capabilities to easily insert / create a Table Of Contents (including
navigating to chartsheets) amongst its many features ..

For details, you might want to check out one of Jim's posts at:

If you right-click on the "VCR" buttons at the bottom left corner (just to
the left of the Sheet tabs), you'll get a pop-up for easy one-click
navigation to the visible sheets in the book. And if there's a whole lot of
sheets, there'll be a scrollable dialog box for easy selection.

By "pages" do you mean "worksheets"???
I've found that the "hyperlink" option works perfectly - you can even jump
straight to a particular cell within any worksheet.
If you really DO mean pages (within a large spreadsheet over multiple pages)
then you can also hyperlink to a 'cell' at the top-right of that particualr
    page.
