Formula changes when I insert a cell. I do not want this to happen.

    Formula changes when I insert a cell. I do not want this to happen.

    Cell B5 has the formula =B27. When I select cell B27 and insert a cell (shift cells to the right), cell B5 now has the formula =C27. I do not want this to happen. After inserting this cell I still want cell B5 to have the formula =B27. How can I achieve this? Thank you.

    This should do it:
    B5: =INDIRECT("B27")
