Extract data from Excel to a txt file

Hi , I have a Worksheet with a form. I'm trying to generate a text file from a cell wich contains a simple chain of text values. How can I extract that chain and create a TXT file from that cell?

If you transfer all values to a separate sheet: Sheet 2
Column A....Column B....Column C...
=A3.............=B3..............=F10
=A4.............=B4..............=F11
....

You can then select menu:Edit>Save As>and selects Save as type:Text(tab delimited)*.txt .... there are several different *.txt types, so you probably have to test which works the best - I haven't no experience from the different types.
