link cells values and formatting

anyone know how i can make a template sheet and link additional sheets to certin cells value + formats. Basicly i change the template a lot and i don't want to go through and change every cell on every sheet when i change it . i have 6 sheets named Monday - Saturday.

If you have one template sheet and 6 individual sheets in one workbook, you can group 6 individual sheets by click on one, hold control key and click the other five. When sheets are grouped, any change made on one sheet will be duplicated onto the others. So after you group those individual sheets, you can link to values in the template by click on a certain cell, type in = then click on template sheet, point to the cell you want. To format, you just need to format one sheet. Make sure to ungroup the sheets after you are done by right clicking the group and hit ungroup.
