HOW TO GET THE NUMBER ICONS TO STAY AT THE SIZE NEEDED INSTEAD OF.

first ? when i type in a number, for example 18 the number size is 18 but
when i type in another number the size has reverted back to 10. how do i get
the numberto stay the same size throught the whole document. windows xp excel.
second ? i am trying to do a graph of club lockers which i type out, but
when i try to print the page is divided into two, how do i get the graph to
stay on one page for printing??

Part A: select the whole sheet (either click the box where row and column
headers intersect- top right of window OR CTRL-A) then set the font size
    PART B: more info needed
