    Large excel file problems?

I have a very large Excel file, about 6mb. The main cuase of that size is about 20 columns by 8192 rows of data and formulas analyzing that data (yes..I am afraid that is as compact as I can get it). The other causes for the size are a lot of formatting, color, text, etc, but I am sure most of it is all the formulas. With the file size being 6mb, is there anything to worry about as far as expecting Excel crashes, or anything of that sort? I am using Excel 97, by the way.

    Thank you!

    ghaste,

Be sure you're reset the Used Range. I spite of your large area, the
workbook file might still be larger than it should. Look at
