Spinner Button - Incremental Change

Hello,

Currently the Spinner button incremental change apparently only accepts
whole numbers. I need to set it to thousandths (.01). Is this possible?

Cheat!
Link spinner to E6 and in D6 use =E6/1000. \Now D6 changes by 0.001
(thousandth) - use /100 for changes by 0.01 (hundredths)
Maybe drag spinner over E6 to hid it.
