Excel window not maximized on start

    Hi

When I click on the Excel shortcut Excel opens but the worksheet window is
not maximised. When I click on the maximise Icon nothing happens, but when I
minimise the window, and then maximise the window it works.
I tried to repair Excel from the Detect and Repair option, and select to
change my customised setting to the default, but it did not make a
    difference.
Word, and all the other MS Office programs works fine, except for Excel.
What could the sollution be? Even if I save the workbook with all windows
maximised it is all minimised again when I open Excel. No change.

Please help, this is very frustrating.

Try the Registry Key fix here:
