    Excel 2003 SP1 : toolbar display issue

    Hi,

when I open some excel files, the toolbars are there, they work fine, but
they appears barred, as if there was a thin line upon them.

Not on all files, but not always the same files.

I tried to remove then then display again : no change.
Open the same files on another computer with same version of excel :
    toolbars are ok.

Do you have any idea ?

    Thks

    Two possibilities

    1) Look for a file called Excel.xlb (it may be hidden) and move it from it's
current folder. (Excel will create a new one when it can't find it). If
that cures it delete the old one and you're done (All toolbar customisations
will be lost). If not simply replace the new one with the original

    2) Stupid though it seems some monitors have filaments across the screen
which can be seen. (Mine does). Could it be this?
