How to update information to multiple sheets

Hello fellow members,

I love you and I love this forum

I have an urgent problem that needs to be solved at latest by 22/01.

I have developed a search function which highlights "account owners" for different prospects in yellow. I have attached an file, named "example" and it consists of made up data.

It is in Swedish, but if you look at the top, middle of the page you can find "sök" which means "search". If you search of any name, it will highlight the information in yellow. If you look on the header line, A7, "Organisations namn", there are different organizational names. The thing I want to accomplish is; that entire sheet (named "Pipeline input") all that data, and whenever I type something, it should be updated on the tab named "Contact information" (sheet2). Or atleast, I am happy if only A7:A999 is updated on the tab "contact information" so I can type in the contact information under respective organization name. I also want the same search function whenever I search for a contact info and it should be high lighted in yellow etc.

Could anyone help me out with this pls? I beg you from all my heart pls pls pls :D
