Inserting company logo in custom footer

Is there a way to insert a company logo in an Excel custom footer?

Hi Irish Rose,
Prior to Excel 2002 you would have to have the logo made into a font character
and as you know font characters have only one color. Since you can't change
the color in footer in page setup, I would presume you are stuck with Black.
