In column A I have names, in column B I have another set of names.
How do I get both sets of names in 1 cell, as a continuous string, with a
space between each string?

=A1&" "&B1
Copy the formula down.
Copy all cells.
Edit-->Paste special-->Values, OK (to get rid of the formulas)
