Email workbook to users with filtered information to restrict acce

What would be the best way to email an Excel workbook to various other users,
with the information in the worksheets within filtered so that they can only
view information related to them (as specified with a filter)?

Copy the filtered data to a new workbook, and send that. If information
is hidden in a workbook, users will be able to see it, if they're
determined to.
