    Perhaps you could be a bit more specific as to what you are trying to do
    (preferably using English words rather than, for example, "stanrd calcul").
    Few people who might offer help would claim to be mind readers!
    Do you have the double-quotes character in a cell that is being referenced
    by the function?
    Or do you want to include it in the result, perhaps as an abbreviation for
    the unit "inch"?
    Or what?
    If in doubt, offer an example.
