    Linking Cells with Hidden Data

    Hi All

Just a query here.....is it possible to have a cell expand with more
data or linked to more data that can be accessed by clicking on that
    Cell:

e.g Cell B9 has "Total Queries" , Cell C9 gives the total time in
    minutes

Would like to click on B9 then that gives more detail eg . Specific
queries, I have about 13 other cells that will be changed daily but
dont want to see them all immediatley only when clicking on the
    'summary cell' B9.

    Calls 26 mins
    Letters 40 mins
    Emails 90 mins etc.

I know Access would be good but really need this in excel
functionality... Any ideas would be great thanks!

Maybe you could use a comment.

Or maybe you could use a hyperlink to a different sheet that contains this other
    info.

Thanks for the reply Dave - actually found a solution by using the
Group functionality in the Data Menu - means I can hide and expand the
data easily by specifying the rows!
