Excel formulae + drop down table

I am trying to recreate a really big excel sheet filled with formulae and was wondering if there was any way i could see all the formulae on that sheet without having to click on each cell.
Also, there is a drop down table that has specified values in it that you can choose from. Any idea on how i can recreate that?

Go to tools > options and check the formula box to show formula.

Foir a drop down list go to Data > Validation and chose List and then either create the list or identify the range it will come from
