Range? Average.. Match.. Exact?

Hi, don't know what to use:

Need an equation that tests range of cells, to have exact same number in
another cell, thanks

something like IF(A1=AVERAGE(B1:E1) but need exact match...

What is wrong with the formula you have, assuming you complete it?
