How do I prevent a header from scrolling?

I would like the header on my grid to stick when I scroll down. How is this
done?

Click on A2 and go to Window/Freeze panes.

Or you can split the window. WINDOW -> SPLIT
It does the same thing, but I find it easier to view, because it has a
thicker line.
