IF Function Assistance - If a cells contains certain text then inut a percentage

Hi,

I am trying to use the "IF" function, i have a drop down menu in cell J4, Containing 2 selections Direct & L&E. I want Cell K4 to display 15% if J4 is L&E & 20% if J4 Direct
