Duplicate entries

I have a large spreadsheet of Names, addesses,etc. I have seen many
duplicate entries fo some reason.

I would like to know if there is a way to find the duplicates quickly
either highlighted or in color preferably.

Keep in mind that I have little experience with spreadsheets.

Thank you, for your response but I'm not having much luck. I'm probably
doing something wrong. I followed the formula to the "T" without results.
Let's say, that I'm selecting names in column A ex: A2 through A 1800 do I
highlight all the cells between A2 and A1800 or just A2 and the last cell
A1800 I've tried both ways but get no results. what am I missing?

This is not Excel plug-in, but works for duplicates finding
