Merge from Excel to Word - why are only even rows merged?

Am attempting to create a list in Word 2003 using data from Excel 2003. Only
a partial merge is created - even numbered worksheet rows merge, but odd
numbered worksheet rows do not merge! Why? Thanks!

Word MVP Cindy Meister has merging information that may help you:

There's also a Word Mail Merge newsgroup where you could post your
question, and someone may be able to help.
