We have a worksheet that exceeds the multiple number of rows of information allowed in Excel. Is there a way to "name" multiple sheets the same name and have them be used as the basis for a formula or pivot table?

If the list already exceeds 64K rows then it must be in a database or maybe even a simple text file. Either could be attached to directly by the pivot table using the 'external data' option when creating the pivot table.
If you have to have all the data in 2 or more worksheets you could use a union command in MSQuery.
