#VALUE! error

    #VALUE! error

    Hello,

    something strange is happening to the file I attached. In column "C" I have used a formula to get the result I want, but this formula doesm't always work (for certain cells, yellow highlighted).

    The result I get is:
    - either the date 00.01.1900
    - or the #VALUE!

    Could you please check and let me know what is the Problem behind?
