How do I chang numbers to letters on Excell forumal bar?

On my excell spread sheet, the top formula bar that used to have letters, now
has numbers. How do I change these back to letters?

Tools-Options-General and in the Settings box uncheck R1C1 style......

look in tools>options>general>r1c1
