Y Axis in a chart - high to low values

I have searched and not found this answer, it seems simple. I have a chart,
the data are averages by month (x-axis) in milliseconds (from 20 to 60)
(Y-axis). The goal line is 120 milliseconds or less, with zero the ultimate
    goal.
I would like to plot this such that the y-axis starts not at zero but starts
with 125 and as you go up the axis, it drops to zero. Then, as my values
decrease over time the line chart will go from the lower left to the upper
    right. Doable?

    Hey there,

So make your chart like you would any other. Then when you have it open, right click (ctrl-click on the mac) on the y-axis, go to Format Axis. Then go to the Scale tab and there is a button in there for "Values in reverse order." Click that and the values will have zero at the top. Then, where it says "Value (X) axis Crosses at: 0" put in whatever you want the bottom of the chart to be, say 125 I think in your case. Or, it turns out, there's also a button right below the reverse order where you can make the x-axis cross at the maximum value. That might be helpful too.
