Just a couple questions....

I am familiar with creating a drop down menu using Validation. In this particular menu, there are values ranging from A-Z. Is there a way to make it so that when I open the menu, I can press "M" on my keyboard and it will skip to the M's? Likewise for the remaining letters....

Also, is there a way to create a spreadsheet within a spread sheet? Basically make an editable Pivot Table?
