    Urgent help needed

    Hello everyone.

I have been struggling with a small problem and I am hoping you can help me with it. (Thanks in advance)

Basically I have a list of emails in a horizontal column and I wish to export them to a .txt or .doc document but with a comma and a space between each one.

    e.g email, email2, email3, email4 etc...

If someone can please tell me the best way to do this I would be very greatful.

    p,s I am on Excel 2003

    Thanks

I am not sure what do you mean by "horizontal column".
however I suppose that your data is in col A starting from A1 downwards.
put in B1 =A1&", " and copy it down to the extent you have data in col A
and in C1 put =B1 and copy it down
and in C2 put =B2&C1 and copy it down
the last cell in column C will show you all emails seperated with a comma and a space.
now select that last cell, copy it and then right click on the same cell, click paste special, and select Values from different options. then click Ok
now double click on the same cell, select its contents and copy them and paste in Word file or Text file.

hope this would serve your purpose.

    Regards.
