Page Break, or turn 2 pages into one

I have a document that is 6 pages long, but will fit on 4.
I can insert a new page break but all the data stays on the right of it.
Any help?

I must enter a number for it to adjust to...
I entered 1 to 4 but it puts all the info on one page.
Is there a different way to add the info to an existing page?

go to edit-page break preview. adjust blue lines to fit to for pages. may need to insert extra page breaks in document. you can move blue lines from left to right and up and down
