    Deleting additional rows

    Hi,

I am enclosing a worksheet can anyone tell me how to delete the additional rows or is there a method by which only the data in row 1, 2,5, 8 and 12 is only copied.

Thanking you in advance for the help.

could you explain a bit more as to what you want to achieve? are you trying to copy certain cells and paste them into a new book? are you trying to summarise your data?

To remove, select D1 and Data, Autofilter
In the D column filter, dropdown and select 0 (zer0), this should display all of your rows to be removed.

Click-drag to select the whole displayed rows, and rightmouse - Delete Row.

    Remove the Autofilter

    --------

To copy, same procedure, but when you dropdown select Custom, 'is not equal' 0
Select disp;ayed rows and copy - paste etc.
