Checking for and then deleting duplicate data

Hello all,

I have 2 Spreadsheets..

List #1 has about 1500 email addresses and member numbers.
List #2 has about 30,000 email addresses and member numbers.

Many of the emails from List 1 are duplicated in List 2, but not all of them. What I need is a simple way to automatically search through List 2 for any emails which are in List 1 and then delete the entire row.

Any ideas how I could go about accomplishing this?

For the record, another way you could do this is as follows

Create 1 long list of all the email addresses from both sheets.
Create a header row titled EMAIL ADDRESS

Then use the Advanced Filter Option to filter Unique Records to a new location
