    Conditional Formating-change the cell colour to green

    HI,

    i need to be able to change the cell colour to green if the cell is empty
    the column is e and the row starts at 6

    Format Conditional Formatting
    Format Is =Isblank(A1) adjust to your needs
    and pick Format Patterns Green ...

    conditional formating

    hi,

    sorry i may have confused you,

    but i need the colour to come into effect from e 6 until the last row with data in it

    if i have data from e6 to e 20 which is varilbe and 3 of the cell between the rows is blank then turn green

    Apply formatting as described to cell E6, then with format painter apply it down to cell E22 ...

    conditional format

    hi,

    i am not getting this to work correctly

    the last row could vary from e7 to e100 if it does end at e 10 i do not want any cells after that turning green
