Payment Record

Hi, All,

I would loke to create a payment record for my own reference.

I've tried to use INDEX & MATCH formula but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me to solve my problem? e.g. below:
Using b1-(index & match)
a/c No. 1 in cell a1 Bill amount in cell b1 Outstanding amount in cell c1
a/c No.2 in cell a2 Bill amount in cell b2 Outstanding amount in cell c2

Data
a/c No. 1 or 2 in cell a6 to a20 Payment made in cell b6 to b20
using data sort

I am not sure to undestand your question ...
Are you after a Sumif() function to add up all the payments made by account?
