    Printing booklet

Hi all, Forgive my ignorance, I'm fairly new to this. I have a workbook with three seperate worksheets. I need to print them all in a booklet, front and back. It will do this, but I get three seperate booklets. I need one big booklet with the worksheets like chapters. Where I can flip through the booklet and see all three worksheets in order. Can this be done??? Thank you in advance.

    U could try this..

    File/Page Setup/Sheet/Options
    Print on both sides
select either Flip on long edge or Flip on short edge

Hopefully one will work to your satisfaction....

When you print, click on File, Print so that the dialog box pops up, then click on Entire Workbook. Make sure your printer is set to print duplex (i.e., both sides).

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

That's what I have been doing, but it prints each worksheet in a seperate booklet. I need/want it to print them all together like one big booklet. Is there any way to do that?

Sorry - my mistake. It will duplex all pages in a worksheet, but not all worksheets in a workbook. Someone else might be able to help.

The printer will eject the page before starting the next worksheet.

A third party product such as Adobe PDF or bluesquirrel etc might help (or, the ugly way, to copy all 3 sheets to a single sheet).

note also, the term 'Booklet' generally refers to printing four sheets per A4 page, so that the sheets fold in half to form the book (or booklet), not to be confused with 'offset' where the inside margin on Duplex printing (left on one side, right on the reverse) is wider to allow for holepunch etc.

    Hope this helps
