finding references before deleting a sheet

I have a huge workbook my boss started and I'm finishing. (He does the data entry & I do the formulas - gotta love that!)
It's so full of garbage it's ridiculous.
Problem is, rather than start fresh with my own spreadsheet (which I keep telling myself I'll do next time....) I've built on his.
Now I need to get rid of the garbage.

Is it possible to find any cells containing formulas referring to a sheet before deleting the sheet?

    Thanks
